Presenting your work

Thank you for participating in FabLearn Europe / MakeEd 2022!

The information on this page is targeted at authors, presenters, and workshop organizers.

Important: At least one author must be registered to the conference and present the paper!

Paper presentations

The paper presentations will be held on monday and tuesday, and are divided into four sessions. Each paper session will be coordinated by a session chair, who will keep time and who will chair during discussions.

  • Full papers: Each presenter is given 15 minutes for presenting their paper with Powerpoint slides, followed by 10 minutes for discussion
  • Work-in-progress papers: Each presenter is given 10 minutes for presenting the WIP paper with Powerpoint slides, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

Workshops

Each workshop will take place in a designated room. There will be a projector available.

Poster presentations

You are invited to participate in poster sessions on both Monday and Tuesday in seminar room 1001A/B. We will make sure that there are boards to pin the posters etc. to, a table, and the possibility of connecting to 230V. Note that on Tuesday, the session is placed right before lunch. The session will take place in the same room as we dine in, so the demo and poster session will continue during lunch.

Demos

Demos will take place at the same time and in the same place as the poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday (seminar room 1001A/B).  On Tuesday, the session is placed right before lunch. The session will take place in the same room as we dine in, so the demo and poster session will continue during lunch.
